Even in the SGX context, co' s with strong FA eventually will prevail although they probably will not reach their rightful prices. I obviously did not answer your question. haha.

A good way to increase the holdings dramatically without having to offer the take over, especially if they think the price is low even at 2.003xxx. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	bystander1965 greetings.  thanks for the number.  saw on tv this power on demand on a van.  think shopping center can explorer doing the same using smaller units on push cart to provide same service in their car park. this will encourage electric car owner to visit the shopping center.  it will also earn extra income for the reits. if they do not want to do directly can always rent the rights to sell out. extra income.

Why would MNACT holders take the share when they can buy at current levels which are 10% cheaper. Also I guess most retail if not all will not subscribe to the rights. The one picking up would be very happy cause no need to offer take over. Even though it's at a 10% premium they are ultra long term. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	waiting for their annoucement on how many mnact choose shares , cash etc. i think most will take cash and buy mct now from market. mct will over time move towards $2 and above.  the new covid-19 measures are more towards protecting support facilties and weak. does not affect economic acitivies. so shorts base on covid-19 lock down will be covering.

I don' t know how is it possible and I cannot explain. maybe after it really happen, then I will bother to find out how come?

Let me talk abit more since I am now queuing up at this coffee shop for my lobster nasi lemak,....very long queue, which will be ready only in one hour. So while waiting, I have a chance to chat with coffee shop uncles.... Uncles said, the clean up distribution would be likely be 3 to 3.5 c, could even go up to 3.8c which would be a bonus, as the dpus are calculated to end of July. Only current pre-merger unitholders are entitled to this cleanup dpu, and not available for the converted MNACT shares, or the new rights issued shares. XDate is 19 July, but why wait until that date? If you are MNACT unitholder, I already laid out on the table, to buy now to get cheaper than the issue price of $2.0039, and then take all cash of $1.1949 per unit later, plus as I just revealed, your cleanup distribution. If you take scrips options in the scheme offer, you are not entitled for this dpu and only allowed to trade only from 29 July. And the longer you wait, the higher you have to pay for your MCT... uncles told me the price of MCT could hit $1.90 as early as TOMORROW!!! but as usual this is coffee shop kaypoh view, please do your own dee dee .... LongXia      ( Date: 23-Jun-2022 09:55) Posted: Let me try one last time, to those holding MNACT, becoz there' s not much time, becoz you only have up to next Wed, 29 June to do it...let me explain it using simple maths. suppose yo have 10,000, MNACT and you can convert, rough rough 6,000 MCT if you buy now, this 6000 MCT will cost rough rough at today price  = cost $10800.00 ​ then you get cash from MNACT $11949.00 so you gain $11949 - $10800 = $1149 and if you divide the gain over the 6000 MCT you bought, each MCT actually cost only $1.60 (instead of $1.80 at today' s price), if you intend to keep LONG TERM.  of course, if you delay buying MCT and the price keeps going up, as it would nearer 29 June, your gain becomes smaller and smaller, and your long term MCT cost would not be as low as it would be now.  if you have listened to the uncles two weeks ago when it was $1.75/1.76, your long term cost would even be much lower...  as always do your own dee dee dee, and don' t just listen to this cofffee shop theory.
