Strategic investments are made along the way. Also, our Ex Minister Yaccob joined in last year because.. hmm.. right.. because he sees no future with Oceanus. I am not saying the P/E valuation is not overvalue, but you can t put a P/E on a company like Oceanus. iFast is overvalue. Tesla is overvalue. Every company starts off somewhere, and this is where Oceanus begin. It is still the early phase. Their 3-year tech up phase just started this year. We might see more investments in tech seafood. Also, I am hoping Oceanus update us soon on the progress of Aquapolis. IF it is going forward, since they signed an MOU with 2 other parties, the project will be huge. Above all, I believe how a stock move depends on what an investor thinks. If you believe it is overvalue, do not invest and wait for the dump as you said. Invest only if you believe in the company. Do acknowledge the fact that the current management team is vested and managed to turn the company around, but how fast can earnings grow to catch up with current valuation? UOB did initate an  introductory report, but it they didnt issue any buy call or that sort.With the current price at 7 cents, retail investors think that it' s cheap because of the notional amount but once you look at the ratios, it looks massively overvalued.
