If its still on it would have been announced If its off they could only confirm only after 2359 today (not sure Singapore or Mynmar time or no difference?) Or they could mutually extend the deadline of the MOU btw there is a indeed a supply issue (Demand > Supply) in Mynmar for power, but the MOU is about building a 50mw powerplant, considered small as the powerplant news in Mynmar are > 100mw, but great as a stepping stone if they can pull it off :) |

Countdown to 30 Nov 2012: 7.
