Indonesian palm oil export levy positive for country' s downstream players, Malaysian planters &mdash CGS-CIMBKUALA LUMPUR (Dec 7): The Indonesian government' s decision to revise its export levy structure will hurt upstream palm oil producers in the country, but will be a positive move for Indonesian downstream players and planters whose operations are Malaysia-focused, said CGS-CIMB Research. The research house' s analysts Ivy Ng and Nagulan Ravi noted that the new regime is positive for downstream palm oil players like Wilmar International Ltd as they will benefit from the wider differential in the export levy rate between processed palm oil and crude palm oil (CPO) if CPO prices rise above US$670 (RM2,727.57) a tonne, which will boost processing margins as they will be able to procure CPO at below international market prices. |

Bro Kazerin, I dunno if you know what happened on the day of that long red bar. That day was the MSCI rebalancing day when prices were known to show extreme volatility at pre-closing when funds sell whatever they want to boot out of their portfolio. That' s why there was a massive gap down plus close at day low on that day.

Sis, I think the higher levies might not affect as much as Wilmar is not an Indonesian company although Indo is one of their sources for palm oil.
Should affect Golden Agri , Bumitama & other Indonesian palm oil companies directly.

After that super long red bar , what will we expect if we are trading the daily chart ? We will expect it to move further down. So for daily chart traders, they will place their sell orders below this daily bar or at the open of next day But observe... for the next few days, are all small green bars contain at the lower half body of the red candle. We call such a huge candle a mother bar. There is an obvious order block at 29 Oct (high 8.89) , low of mother bar also 8.89 so all signs point out that Small boys are playing accumulation game. What is next ? Next move will be typical Wyckoff move call the spring. The spring is a false fake out move to the downside to take out (pending sell orders waiting for price to cheong below and Stop loss covering of buyers who are buying within the range now. ) once all these liquidity are collected, what is the next pain point for these retailers ? cheong up lor cause many pending sell orders there for ppl who have been playing this range. Once cheong up, short sellers cover will push the price up even more... That is why you will always see before a super long big bar there will be a spring....

Waaaa..... 7-early 8-early the morning edition of Poh Zhua is back !!! Yayyy !!!  This means morning poo got Poh Zhua to read along leow.  Farnie that this morn when I was washing up after a poo, I was telling myself Nin Now Hia Miss Sexy still showing no sign of going back to 8.00 and we are coming to mid-Dec already. The plan was for her to drop to or near 8.00 by Dec so that we can LONG her and position ourselves for a move from 8.00 to 9.00 during her results cum dividend run in Jan. But no have. She bely Ti Key dun wan to go down to 8.00 where we are all squatting waiting to lick her. By the way, her MSCI licence ends in Feb 2021. After this termination she will see a loss of revenue..about 15% if this loss is not replaced by other products. SGX did launch a couple of new products over the last 4 months but after that no news on how well those new products are doing and no update either on whether SGX has managed to mitigate the loss of revenue from the termination of the MSCI licence. Whether this will affect how she is going to move for the rest of Dec to Feb, we will have to wait and see.
