Daxtheman      ( Date: 21-Apr-2017 18:04) Posted: COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY &ndash 301 FLINDERS LANE, MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of KLW Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refers to the announcement by the Company on 28 December 2016 in relation to Ambertree Vic-Mel (Flinders) Pty Ltd (the &ldquo Vendor&rdquo ), a wholly owned subsidiary, entering into a Contract of Sale with Mill Place Investments Pty Ltd (the &ldquo Purchaser&rdquo ) for the sale of 301 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Australia (the &ldquo Disposal&rdquo ). The Board is pleased to announce that the Disposal was completed on 21 April 2017 upon receiving the remaining payment of the Sale Consideration. On Completion, the Purchaser paid the balance amount of AUD 32.46 million, comprising the balance Sale Consideration of AUD 32.49 million minus the adjustments made in accordance with the Contract of Sale for an amount of AUD 0.03 million representing the pro rata lease payments of April 2017 received by the Vendor from our tenant Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I recently invested a small amount  on this stock as I found its numbers and ratios quite appealing. PE and PBV of below 10 and 1 resp. always get me excited. Debt level is not too excessive and the negative retained earnings have been shrinking meaningfully for the last couple of years. Net income is growing for the past two years and cash flow is positive. The co. will have to consolidate its shares outstanding as it' s ridiculous for a mid size company to have  5.4 billion shares. A 10 to 1 or 12 to 1 consolidation will make  it more presentable. The co needs to continue  to speed up its repayment of debt and once retained earnings become postive, and  together with a smaller shr base, the share price will do very well. It looks like the co is moving in a positive direction and it pays to get in early.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Before anyone wants to continue to flame this stock, i would like to state my view. Go look through my previous posts, i have always used the word "patience" and "laggard" to describe this stock, i have never describe other stocks in this manner. Why? Because this stock is historically a slow moving stock with good fundermentals trading at low price. Don't expect it to chiong in a short amount of time and at the same time, it won't drop too much too. It's a stable stock. Klw had rebounded from the lows of last year at 0.004 to this year 0.012. It's uptrend. What more can you ask for? It's a turnaround story, don't expect a turnaround coy perform miracles at a short amt of time, give it time and let it grow. If you can't wait then please move on. If you want stocks that can chiong in a small amount of time, go play isr. Forget klw.
