Mother price now 0.075, Warrant price now 0.027, exercise price $.02. (if exercisd outley is $.047 deep discount to mother price) Why?because it cannot be converted to mother share??

yes of course! as long as it is constructive, rather than some forumers i have seen who are constantly feeding false info to try and manipulate the price up or down to suit their own trades

but it also depends on the time frame that you are looking at. if you follow value-investing, it might be a good 1-2 years before it reaches the price that you want and by then maybe the warrants will be selling at a premium.

The pump dump is causing the stock to go higher as every pump currently is stronger than the dump. If the reverse holds true, investing in the warrants might not be worthwhile anymore. Remember, this is a penny stock, 40% (i didn't know the premium, just looting the numbers another forummer used) seems a lot relatively, but in absolute terms, might not be.

but if you are looking at the LT and you find that abundance have the right substance to go higher, the warrants will be attractive even with all the pumpdumps

Some background on Abundance' s Substantial shareholder Shi Jiangang
This guy seems to be a extremely prominent guy in the chemical industries.
1. The executive chairman of Abundance is Shi Jiangang , who controls Jiangsu Feixiang Chemical Group which owns a number of chemical manufacturing plants, including one of the largest ethanol-producing plants in China and in the world. Page 9 of a Craft Print circular in 2014 said that Mr Shi built up Feixiang Chemicals (Zhangjiagang) Co. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of amines and surfactants, and sold it to Rhodia in or around 2010 at an imputed enterprise value of US$489 million. Mr Shi also incubated other sizeable chemical businesses. For example, under his leadership, polyamide producer Hipro Polymers and sebacic acid leader Casda Biomaterials grew rapidly. In or around 2011, both companies were sold to Arkema at an imputed enterprise value of US$365 million. |
