Boustead Singapore
On Mar 11, Boustead Singapore : F9D -0.54% chairman and group CEO Wong Fong Fui acquired 103,400 shares for a consideration of S$94,405. At an average price of S$0.91 per share, this took Wong&rsquo s deemed interest in the listed company from 43.20 to 43.23 per cent. This followed his acquisition of 192,000 shares at an average price of S$0.89 per share between Mar 4 and 5. Back in November, Boustead Singapore reported that its 1HFY24 (ended Sep 30) revenue, at S$367.9 million, was 49 per cent higher than 1HFY23, mainly due to significantly better revenue contributions from the energy engineering, real estate, and geospatial divisions.

Broke previous resistance at 91. Now at 92 but would face strong challenge at closing to close back at 91 or even lower. If 91 or 91.5 hold then it is a new phase of consolidation and good sign for further up side. Let' s see. | ||||

Correct he did not buy yesterday. However, he may be in today again especially if the price got push up to 91.5 or the volume increase. Hope to see it closes at least 91.5 today.

Yup he bought at average 90c per share. Unlikely that he follow up today as the volume seems low but we shall see. This stock could easily go to around $1 once the high interest rate environment ceased.

Indeed he bought yesterday at average price of 88 cents. He could be in the market today again. We shall see. Hopefully this is the sign that dividend will increase.

FF Wong could be buying a bit more today, let' s see. I think the price should trend slightly up before the results release, however, as sure as the sun rises from the East, the share price will drop heavily post XD. It would even reach 83, 82.5 and stay there for a long time before nearing the next results release. Boring but ok. | ||||

Really wasted, especially with the news of FF Wong added to his shares by purchasing @ 87.5 cents on 28.2.24. He now hold more than 40% of Boustead. If market doesn' t appreciate the compamy, maybe one day FF Wong will get fed up again and privatise Boustead at above $1. It will be a shame given that Boustead has history of more than 100 hundred years!

Don' t know who throw down to 82.5! What a waste, I wouldn' t mind picking up some at 83.5 but price shot back up to 86 now haiz. Never q at 83.5 cos it has been strong around 85.5 - 87 for past 3 to 4 weeks at least. Wasted. | ||||

Boustead is one on my watchlist. Frankly, there are few choices for dividend stocks in Sg. Only banks and reits, maybe few sleepy blue chip stocks. Too bad, I didn't get at the low of 80s. | ||||

Boustead Singapore to delist Boustead Projects with no compulsory acquisition
BOUSTEAD Singapore has failed to acquire 90 per cent of the non-controlled shares held by Wong Yu Wei, Patricia Huang, Chong Ngien Cheong and public minority shareholders at the final close on Friday (Jan 26).
At the close of the offer, the offeror only received valid acceptances of about 89.36 per cent of the non-controlled shares. Without crossing the 90 per cent threshold, Boustead Singapore is unable exercise its right of compulsory acquisition.
Boustead Singapore had garnered valid acceptances representing about 23.94 per cent of Boustead Projects&rsquo shares at the final close of its exit offer on Friday.
With the valid acceptances, Boustead Singapore and its concert parties now control about 99.45 per cent of Boustead Projects.
Boustead Projects will be delisted following the completion of the offer, with updates on the date of delisting to be provided in due course.

With the acquistion of BPJ, I am trying to see whether BSL will increase its annual 4 cents dividend. Likely it will do so but it may be too soon for the upcoming one. Hope for a pleasant surprise. | ||||

Holding ok at 85-86 level. With dust settled from the BPJ acquisition, fierce sell down to 81.5 should be a thing in the past, at least I hope so. Cautiously optimistic to see 90 level in near term. | ||||
