The only reason I can think of why no houses are covering the stock is because they are busy mopping up all the shares first before they make a maiden "BUY" initiation. For reference, Sunningdale is trading at a PE of 9.4x, Hi-P 10.46x, Venture 13.8x, AEM 8.89x vis-a-vis Innotek of 5.4x. And mind you the annual turnover of Innotek of $200+Mil is not small. | ||||

Can you name a similar cash rich company which has lower valuations compare to innotek ? See how AEM was during the initial stage when it?s PE was at dirt cheap valuation. At that time it was only 30-40 cents with a PE of 3-4. See how fast it shoot up after that to 7 bucks?

If it earns close to 9 cents why you said that it ran up fast ? Shouldn?t it rises close to what it?s fair value should be comparing to similar industry. PE is only 5 plus which is very cheap for a cash rich company.

Taking an industry average of 10X PE, the company should be trading at a whopping $0.89
Some houses would initiate coverage soon I guess :)
