At least you broke even. It' ll take xx years for me to recoup mine [can' t say too much in case my broker reads this forum.lol]. Looks as if things are still up in the air with HK rto. Can only watch and wait like the BBs running the mkt....

No lah, Spivvy. If good stocks, they are ok to invest. There are also turn around stocks that can grow your capital fast. Also very dynamic management in companies that want to grow and grow. Take for instance companies like Fragrance, Wee Hur, and bigger cap companies like banks and com giants, Starhub, to name a few. Some of them have doubled investors money in only a few years. Hankore may or may not make it to the ranks of fast growing companies, but I think their business is not faced with too much competition. Further more if the RTO is successful, your investment will pay off. But don' t all in. Spread your money over many counters. Some may win big, some may lose big, but with proper planning of cutting the losers or taking profits, I believe your capital can grow.

hmm now u mention i vaguely think u mentioned yur fren before but didnt say much? Not to let go mah? I thought Hongkong people like to speculate only, they know invest mah? Look at HSI and u noe how much those ppl there like to speculate & chase. anyway, u think stocks got sure win or not? I only knoe real estate properties sure can win $ no need crack brain just fork out capital & sit for 10yrs lor. Stocks also can meh? What if after 10yrs the stock gostan back to 3 cts? At least if buy a hse still got real asset? pls advise spivvy..
