No leh. Performance and dpu been dropping since 2012.

Note that it ipo on 2011 so DPU for 2011 not comparable. Therefore, DPU been dropping from full yr starting 2012 to now. They just use debt as excuse to explain drop in dpu.

Dont anyhow ask people to load

DPU WAS HIT BECAUSE COMPANY WANTED TO CONSERVE CASH BY PAYING BACK HKD 1 BILLION DEBT YEARLY FIRST

SOON ONCE DEBT IS MANAGEABLE .. DPU WILL RISE

THREE OVERSOLD SINGAPORE REITS AND TRUSTS REVEALED

Dear readers, there are currently three oversold Singapore Reits and Trusts.

These Reits and Trusts are:

1)BHG Retail Reit

2) FSL Trust

3) HPH Trust

BHG Retail REIT is the first retail REIT sponsored by an established PRC homegrown retail property operator, Beijing Hualian Department Store Co., Ltd., (the &ldquo Sponsor&rdquo ) listed on SGX. BHG Reit is currently undervalued with a Price-to-Book ratio of 0.71. The Reit has a dividend yield of 6.56%.

FSL Trust is a trust whose business is in leasing services across major maritime segments. The trust has paid dividends till 2012 and it presented investors with two cash options for Feb 2020 and May 2020. The trust is undervalued with Price-to-Book ratio of 0.45. However, investors may wish to note that this trust is currently placed under SGX&rsquo s watchlist.

HPH Trust needs no introduction. The trust had fallen price from USD 1.01 at IPO to the current USD 0.115. With a Price-to-Book ratio of 0.30, and a high dividend yield of 12.25% (partly due to the low price), I believe this trust is likely to be privatized in time to come

I remembered during the IPO presentation to institutional investors in Raffles Hotel, a private banker asked why she should ask her clients to buy when Li Ka-Shing is selling and that Li Ka-Shing records for selling had been near perfect. I remembered the answer sounded diplomatic and evasive.

HPH Trust &rsquo s distribution policy is to distribute 100% of its distributable income to its Unitholders, being the cash received by the Trust net of expenses which include without limitation, operation expenses, repayment of principal amounts under any debt of HPH Trust and payment of interest or any other financing expense. HPH Trust has not changed its distribution policy since its listing in 2011.

HPH Trust &rsquo s distribution is a reflection of the available cash flow from its operations. The Board has put in place a prudent financial policy to manage debt level and finance costs and has since 2017 embarked on a debt repayment program to repay HK$1billion per annum.The Board will continue to assess and review this debt repayment program

HPH Trust will continue to focus on operationalefficiency and cost management to increase the competitiveness of its ports and generate value for its Unitholders. One of the key initiatives was the formation of the Hong Kong Seaport Alliance (the HKSPA) with, among others, Modern Terminals Limited (&ldquo MTL&rdquo ), a key terminal operator in Hong Kong.
