PROPOSED SHARE CONSOLIDATION In conjunction with the Proposed Acquisition and the Proposed Mainboard Transfer and subject to Shareholders' approval being obtained, the Company proposes to undertake a share consolidation exercise (" Proposed Share Consolidation" ) based on such ratio as may be mutually agreed between the Company and the Vendor, if necessary, to allow the Company to comply with the requirement of the Mainboard Rules for a minimum issue price of S$0.50 under Rule 1015(3)(d) of the Mainboard Rules. The details of the Proposed Share Consolidation will be set out in the Circular to be despatched to Shareholders in due course. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	My view , this is a make it or break it counter .  If make it , we will be handsomely rewarded , way way more then we can imagine ,  If break it , well , just the couple thousand $ , painful ,yes   but the couple of thousand we can earn back.  To what i see , i strongly believed This deal will go through , it will .  You got to believe .. of cos there will be many struggles along the way up ,  but we just hang on my friends , just hang on and hold tight ! Don' t let go !  DON' T SELL !  We will eventually have a beautiful story to share with love ones at the end .  Huat To All believers !

Occasionally it may breach 15. As mentioned, it is still early days and there will be lots of speculation especially nearing the egm. Unless you have holding power, else don jump to make some contra money. My views your decision.
