Everything is priced in and undervalued . I told you below $1.40 .. at 1.3x just close eyes and whack you own a $1.50 stock with a subsidairy like SBS worth about $3 and a vocm worth more than $2 you tell me is it logical and worth ? What double counting ? Practically every big companies have this kind of structure .. you name it .. Keppel corp , Capitaland , SPH , CDG ,etc etc.. many more

x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	Clearly, its taxi trade is on a down hill. Has it reached the bottom? I dont think so. The rental of $92 with government's $10 relief was the rental it charged for its old Toyota Crown 20 years ago when it was at its peak with more than 18,000 taxis. $92 is for the new hybric taxis. Diesel taxis are most probably $10 cheaper. I believe the current rental will be the long term rental in the post-Covid New Normal enviroment.

THE PRICE IS STABLE AT $2.90..  SO PARENT CDG WILL BE STABLE AND HIGHER SOON Year-to-date (y-t-d) ended September, SBS Transit reported a 18.4% y-o-y decline in EBITDA to $159.8 million.   Revenue for the same period fell 15.7% y-o-y to $1.07 billion.   Operating profit y-t-d fell 30.5% y-o-y to $51.7 million.   Without the reliefs of $85.2 million, SBS would have logged losses of $33.4 million year-to-date.   Q-o-q, 3QFY2020 EBITDA was up 5.8% while revenue for the quarter rose 14.3%.   SBS says most of its bus services that were suspended during the circuit breaker period from April to June have resumed since Phase One of the re-openings. Its Night Owl and Cross Border Bus services will remain suspended till the end of 2020.   The company adds that there was a gradual increase in daily ridership on the Downtown Line (DTL) and the North East Line (NEL) after the circuit breaker measures ended.

Quarterly updates are better than half yearly updates in this fast paced world to give transparency to shareholders. Of course, more siong for management but that is the price for tapping capital markets.
