Banyan Tree - A takeover target? Post Reply Rate topic

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Just yesterday Banyan Tree announced it sold off its Seychelles hotel portfolio to a Middle East buyer. Wondering who that Miidle East buyer is. But it does show that Banyan Tree is attractive to the Middle East. Not a bad thing at all.  The Seychelles portfolio is not a very big asset. But I like the fact that Banyan Tree is focussed on rasing cash through selling off assets and keep growing its brand via various initiatives.
