Looking at the share price history until today, one thing i am sure is the management s@ck to the max.
13 years, 1.22 to 0.008 No dividends, higher and higher debt, sold assets and most biz lose money. Usp most likely kena con to take up the 16% from instituition. What can USP do to recoup their 2mil investment? Dump more money? How to fight with Major Shareholder (existing director) 38% combine holding? Public holding 45% 84% of 400,000,000 out of USP control. |

How about USP ? I think USP got extra money to divest into huanhsin , I'm sure huanhsin got hidden asset that why USP willing to buy the share, may be take it privatised when price so cheap, | ||||
