Their price surge when their results for the quarter is better than expected. NET PROFIT is there for that quarter. Hence, the price surge. Over paid for all their acquisitions so far and now they have to set aside impairment losses yearly. Plus the fact that the sell down by insiders.....are not helping their share price.
