 Alert Admin 		?Subject to this and the trading suspension being lifted, the Company expects to be able to announce the Q2/2019 as well as the FY results by the required deadlines.? Seems like Yuuzoo is defying SGX rules. If SGX does not punish Yuuzoo or it board of directors then every suspended co can do the same to SGX.

If Yuuzoo really indeed received millions of USD for selling a small stake in their subsidiaries then why they can?t pay staff salaries? Why always talk about unable to do fund raising? Why wouldn?t Zilliacus buy up Yuuzoo on the cheap and list Yuuzoo in Thailand instead?

ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO Q1 FINANCIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors of YuuZoo Networks Group Corporation (&rdquo YuuZoo&rdquo or &ldquo the Company&rdquo ) (SGX:AFG) wishes to explain the reasons for the delay in releasing the Q1/2019 financial announcement.

Earlier financial announcements were prepared by the staff working for YuuZooNow Pte Ltd in Singapore. When the employees of YuuZooNow Pte Ltd were laid off in March 2019, due to the inability of the parent company to continue its funding of YuuZooNow Pte Ltd as the continued suspension of the trading of the shares of the Company made it impossible for the Company to raise funds, the staff that was laid off did not do a proper handover of documents and computers as required by their employment agreements. This has resulted in significant challenges for the Company to retrieve the information required to complete the Q1/2019 results.

The Company is working on finding solutions to the problems and hopes to be able to announce the Q1/2019 results soon. Subject to this and the trading suspension being lifted, the Company expects to be able to announce the Q2/2019 as well as the FY results by the required deadlines.

YuuZoo says closed Singapore office is unit of separate legal entity opens new Bangkok support centre



MAINBOARD-LISTED YuuZoo Networks Group Corporation (YuuZoo) said  in a regulatory filing on Monday morning that YuuZooNow  Pte Ltd, which closed its Singapore office in March 2019, is not a subsidiary of the company but a unit of a separate legal entity.

YuuZoo said YuuZooNow is a subsidiary of Singapore-registered YuuZoo Content Management Pte Ltd, which is a subsidiary of British Virgin Islands-registered YuuZoo Corporation,  a different legal entity with a different board.

In the filing to " correct statements that have been made in the Singapore  media" , YuuZoo said: " The Singapore office was not a flagship office as has been claimed. It was a small office with around 10 employees."

The office was closed as the share trading suspension imposed by the SGX resulted in a loss of financing capabilities as well as the loss of signed business agreements, it added.

YuuZoo said that the group will deal with the responsibilities linked to the closure of the Singapore office of YuuZooNow Pte Ltd as soon as SGX lifts the share trading suspension and allows the company to function normally.

Meanwhile, YuuZoo has opened a new corporate support centre in Bangkok to take over the functions previously provided by YuuZooNow.

The new Bangkok support centre will provide  accounting, technology, legal, human resource and administrative support.

YuuZoo and Harbin mayor agree on definitive timetable for Nordic Sport Town real estate project

SOCIAL media company YuuZoo Networks Group on Tuesday said after trading hours that it has agreed with the mayor of Harbin, China on a definitive timetable for the Nordic Sport Town real estate project to start on May 1, 2020.

Under the earlier signed framework agreement, YuuZoo will plan and manage the development of 85 hectares of river-fronting land. According to the company, the land is located on a &ldquo prime upmarket new development area&rdquo earmarked by the local Harbin government for high-end residential, commercial, tourism, education and sports developments.

The master plan for the project, created by YuuZoo in cooperation with Sweco, a Scandinavian real estate planning firm, includes residential properties, hotels, a multipurpose sport arena, commercial real estate, educational facilities, tourism projects and other developments by the river. Once completed, YuuZoo will run all e-commerce, eSports, eServices and ePayments activities in the area.

YuuZoo said that the trading ban by the Singapore Exchange has resulted in the company facing &ldquo major challenges in moving forward with the massive project&rdquo , but added that it has managed to raise funds to go ahead.

The company said that the joint venture formed in Harbin with local partners has given it the required local support and knowhow for the development of the Nordic Sport Town.

The Business Times reported in May that several former employees of YuuZooNow! Pte Ltd in Singapore have made claims against the company for unpaid salaries.

YuuZooNow! is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of YuuZoo Networks Group (formerly known as YuuZoo Corporation).

In March this year, YuuZoo closed all its Singapore-based subsidiaries and terminated all its Singapore-based employees as a direct consequence of its trading suspension.

YuuZoo' s shares have been suspended since March 2018. Its auditor at the time, RT LLP, said a disclaimer had been issued to YuuZoo, in response to questions posed by the SGX because the auditor had been " unable to form an opinion due to limitation of scope" . The company added that the SGX had also refused to accept its response, and asked the Commercial Affairs Department to investigate the company.
