Richard Li' s FWD plans to go public in Singapore or merge with a US-listed SPAC in order to maintain its dual-class share structure, reported IFR.

FWD had reportedly aimed for a Hong Kong IPO by mid-2021 to fetch US$3 billion. However, the insurer does not qualify for listing in the city, as the Stock Exchange only allows innovation companies to go public through a weighted voting right (WVR) share structure.

Purple Line indicates long term uptrend with the recent price at 0.225 showing that it has touched the bottom of the uptrend. The last time that it went down below the trend line was because of GME Saga that cause some shake up.
Light Brown line indicates another uptrend that intercept at 0.225 Price.
RSI indicates slight stagnant at this current price.
Technical part is all good and shows that in long term, we will still on an uptrend movement.

Closing Price Before Ex-Date has been adjusted accordingly.
Short Volume has been decreased significantly which means shorties has felt that the price has reached the bottom and no more juice to squeeze or they are afraid of suddenly shoot up in buy volume which squeeze them. Either way, the sentiment of the price going further down has flatten.
 
Conclusion
The price has reach a point of good accumulation level and my opinion is to accumulate and collect during this phase.

If you are looking to exit, my suggestion is to exit in multiple small portion so that you can get the best value out of it.

For those continuing the journey, lets go for NAV 0.380 USD =DDD First Milestone

Is there a possible bubble? Always possible.
I took some time to find some information and apply it to HPHT and other commodities.
I felt that I do feel that there is some cause of concern but we have not seen major shift in the whole market and below is something simple to show what have gone through in my thinking.
In conclusion, I felt that there is a need to consistent lookout for potential game changer that will affect fundamental such as Bubble market. So is one of the list that I always look in and make sure I dont get totally off guard and if something do happen, I will be ready to face it.

Part 12   The Hardest Thing to Do
Is to DO NOTHING! Don&rsquo t make the same mistake as I did =D
Buy & Sell and lost insane ride that happen suddenly.
Isn&rsquo t it great to hold onto a Reits that give 8% Dividend based on current trend? ( Bi-Annual 0.01 / 0.25 USD = 4% )



My Non-Optimistic Forecast :
Long stagnant wait of 1 month within 5-8% up/down from Ex-Date Closing Price
If you look at the Chart Carefully, 4 August 2020, Ex-Date, price went stagnant for a month to 4 Sep 2020

And within 5 days, it gain 30% with small volume and Gain another 30% with another 7 trading days
If the history repeat itself, it will hit 0.380 USD ( NAV Milestone )



My most optimistic Guess : Price goes up steadily upwards towards 0.380 USD ( NAV Milestone ) within 3-6 months
Around 4-8% increase per month or 0.02 &ndash 0.04 USD increase per month


So What if price drop suddenly ?
E.g. 0.250 drop to 0.220 USD
What should you do? 
Set your game plan before it does. For example, you set a series of trading plan such as
Stop Loss at 0.22 / 0.20 / 0.18. It is very ill-discipline to decide on emotion when things actually happened. So decide before things happen!
And if price starts to go up again, when do you wish to re-enter? 0.240? Decide before it happen.

Or you can simply read up! Find up what happened first? Is the fundamental still right?
if it is right, DO NOTHING! Or for some people, ADD on weakness!

 Alert Admin 		Yup, even you bought before earning annoucement, you should still win.. unless you bought at max 25.5cts.. maybe you lose abit after it drop 2.5cts. 

I bought at 10.1 cts -> profited 1.3x exclude dividend.
When I see their business really recoving and should post positive earnings, i avg up at 21.5cts late in Jan -> still profited 1.5cts + 1ct dividend.

So its not easy to lose on HPH unless you anyhow play
