SBB tan ku ku lah, they may be all in one group. This stock a little bit like ABL, but this one is chronic kill the retailers, too fast kill the retailers will spoil his reputation. Do not know those are using their CPF to invest in this stock, how they are now?

Nothing to worry. For long term holders. Usually before result out, mm will attempt to shake out weak holders. But as you can see they have not been really successful this time. Nobody is selling. Only they ownself sell ownself to create fear. | ||||

total number is shares issue is 3950589220 up to yesterday management has bought back 300611100 total money paid $113544621.97 if share buy back hit limit of 10% of issue shares. think there will be very little shares left for shorts to cover. and if management really want to support price they can start to cancel shares that is bought back after hiting limit to keep to10% limit of issue shares. my opinion is that this shares is in collection phase by people who see the value and has stamina to hold. if dual list in china exchanges the share price will explode up with the more gaming instint there. any talk talk from manement or just hoping? |

All these everybody know lah! The question is what happen after that? Will they cancel the shares, use for aquisition/JV or come out with Employee Share Option Scheme? I don' t expect the Owner to buy.

The total number of treasury shares held by the company is capped at 10% of the total number of ordinary shares issued. Any excess treasury shares (i.e. more than 10% of the total number of ordinary shares) must be cancelled or disposed of within 6 months. And the counting if 6 months start from the time when 10% is exceed. So at least anither 67 millions SBB before counter will start. Based on company actions, it is obvious they are protecting the price at 33.5c. the company definitely know more than everyone of us know. So please have trust with the company if you are a shareholder. | ||||

Just google it. Section 76C of the Companies Act. Unless a lower limit is prescribed under the issuer's law of incorporation, such share buy-back shall not exceed 10 per cent of the total number of issued shares excluding treasury shares and subsidiary holdings in each class as at the date of the resolution passed by shareholders for the share buy-back. | ||||

As I said, they can putchase up to 10% outstanding this FY as mentioned in their AGM and daily buyback announcement. If above 10% treasuery shares, they will be guven 6 months to get rid of the excess to keep within 10% as mentioned in SGX rule book. During the 6 months, they can cancel, sell or issue to vendor/partner etc.
So for at least another 6 months, thry can buy back at least another 300 million shares

I sense people are longing SB and shorting FH. Now spreading fears on YZJFH to drive down price. If what below message is true, SB can easily take back FH again. It is still one family group eventually. Can split also can merge. I am already surprise SB has a property arm. My wild guess is it will eventualy 'transfer' to FH. SB will also likely provide lifeline to FH in the worst case. I know current outlook no good but will not be too pessimistic. 33.5c is clearly the price FH is protecting. | ||||

property in china has surely past the worse in their time. yesterday most property stock in china/hk raised a good percentage. expectations is for more government measures to help the buyers. different places has issue different measures, many to provide liquidity to buyers, removing buyers restrictions. recovery will happen . it takes some time. by the yzjfh is not all about property, volvo125 in another yzjfh thread put up a decent spilt of their value by type. post on 15 jun 00.31 hrs. a good read. this is a slow stock not in raising state yet. got to wait. buyer has to got the right time expectations. |

the chinese video i have visited. mostly is picture then ownself added naration and own self talk ownself happy type. it represent the video producer view. think they are mostly there to make a living. different sector in sgc has peformed differently. basically think big foreign money has moved out to handle their own opportunity/problem back home. oil gas related stock has outperformed. property has suffered. finance is about the same. if one has a well spread out pofolio with heavy weight on oil gas and restructuring theme has gained. so i will not said yzhfh has done badly. it just performed like other banking stock. if share buy back hit limit, they can just do a buy and cancel by the number bought back. so fear about no buy back upon hitting limit does not make sense. important is boss want to support the price or not. view the situations at yzjsh as collected enough, push on good news and distribute at higher level. what level as high as they can go. yzjfh looks more like being collected in small quantity in view of their. switching like happening, shorts got another chance is when within 1 month limits no buy back to provide liquidity then can pick cheap cheap and wait for results. problem for shorts is there may be no real sell volume. then they sell down and being collected away they will have bigger probem. do not think professional shorts will do this target. hold and collect more likely. shorts are net zero. if open shorts positions in the hand of bull is a spring later. dyodd. |
