x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Posted wrongly. It was supposed to be an old post showing the multi year results of the company in response to someone who claim that the company has a poor record. In fact, the company had been profitable since 2021 though the profit level fluctuates.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	AsiaMedic is a thinly traded counter below the radar of most investors.             The revenue trend of the company is quite good. It has been growing for 4 years continuosly. Going forward it is likely to continue to grow, as the population aged and  as the company had almost double its  capacity in its diagnostic imaging capacity                 The profit trend, is inconsistent and have been  fluctuating between  S$1 mil to S$2 mil. The lower profit for year 2024  were mainly due to: 1) new set up at Novena Centre. This set up will nearly double the diagnostic  imaging capacity of the company       2) investments in new talent and new technology    3) expanded operation at Shaw House     Barring the above expenses, the profit of the company would be much better 4) other costs - legal, consultation etc                  Current year result should be much better as it is free from the above costs.               yearly FY' 21 FY' 22 FY' 23 FY' 24   revenue 18255 18882 23600 28914   np 715 2186 1920 1009

x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	Wonder what is your definition of heavily vested.. if you are vested prior to 24th July, I suppose it' s not too much, base on this counter' s daily transaction. If it' s vested on 24th july, it probably also not a lot because transaction on 24th July was only $500k Private sector for medical hasn' t been doing well. Drop in medical tourism, shift in patients to public hospitals and the latest IP restriction makes things tougher for private practice  Not sure how much their new centre will contribute to the group. Part of the patients will probably be a shift from shaw to novena. Not sure how much new patients it will generate. good luck

A guess is a guess n maybe right maybe wrong:   AsiaMedic shld be releasing its result around mid Aug ' 25                     In a normal year, the company is making around 2 mil per year as seen in   year ' 22 and year ' 23 where the profit was S$2.1 mil and S$1.9 mil respectively.   Year ' 24, the profit dropped to S$1.0 mil. Main causes for the lower profits were: 1) opening of new centre - Novena Centre         2) expansion of capacity at Shaw House         3) investment in new talent n technology         4) other costs - legal, consultations etc                         Year ' 25 will likely be much better year:         1) its free from the expenses as numerated above - new centre, expansion of capacity etc 2) it has a much higher capacity w the new centre       3) 2nd half 2024, the company was already enjoying a profit of 1.1 mil                   Above are just my guesses.
