And the RNAV from their property development, commercial buildings and Gultech and Hotel business likely to be even more audacious.  The Peak Residences and Opus Bay will be launched very soon, Robinson Point sale completed and Gultech is booming in China.  But, I will NOT sell until the Majority gives a handsome buy-out price. NEVER.
