Good stock bobiewong      ( Date: 17-May-2021 10:47) Posted: if the worth of this stock is S$3.00, to privatise, the 70% owner will want to fetch this high price, no point for him to buy the 30% cheap from the market and deplete his own 70%.  Not forgettting, he has secure shares at around S$2.00 before.  He will push the share price back to what it is worth, when he decides to " retire" , to move his " private investors" or for his next listing in other country, or for take over.  This stock is long holding..... to see the result.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yanlord just refinanced the loans " Notes 2022" (which carries an interest rates of 5.875% p.a) entered into in 2017, at a new cheaper green rates of 5.125%, resulting in a savings of 0.75% per annum. This translates into a savings of USD 3.75 million per year, or USD 18.75 million for 5 years. This savings will flow straight to the bottom line. Well done Yanlord!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Usually when ZSJ bought, price will increase +30%. So ZSJ bought recently at $1.30, so 30% increase = $1.70 Collecting 6.8 cts divdends 1st. This is a Solid Property Stock with China and Singapore (UE Assets) Portfolio , and with ample land banks in China in solid 1st 2nd Tier Strong Demand Cities. Can go on and say and say, point is : holding this Yanlord Stock can sleep well : )
