x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If i remember correctly, TH abstained during the SCI/SCM voting.  TH wanted to remain neutral and let SCI and SCM minority SHs to decide the demerger proposal I believe TH will remain neutral in the KOM/SCM proposals.  Why shd TH favour any side?  It is right that TH remain neutral.
