In the mean time they will continue spamming the rest of us. The price is being set at this level to accumulate more shares, we wont see a move in prices most likely till midweek next week. The SMA20 and SMA50 should hopefully have a crossover by then providing the trigger to move ahead. Until then just sit tight.

But, the biggest contract which is substation platform go to vietnam, PTSC. SCM already completely lose the shallow water platform jacket projects to regional competitors. SCM is no longer the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd choise in global market
