Unless there is a steady buy-up, for whatever reason.  Otherwise, it might be a slow process unless there is greater coverage of this stock, and what the stellar results & ARA deal entails or reflects is better stated to layman investors.

Somemore with the US keep hitting record high. Any small decline from the US side. Esr shares won' t be spared. This is just my thinking.
