Anyone knows the response rate to TS Kandis Residence launch?
My agent says the showflat is open already. Passed Robinson Towers yesterday and they are working on the 13-14 floor now. So they should be completed and tenanted from end 2018 as per scheduled.

Happy to share that I passed Robinson Towers yesterday and it seems to be building up to the 12th level now. So 1/3 to 1/2 built up now in terms of the building? Think they are also launching Kandis Residence this weekend. Appreciate if any one drops by to share on the response rate. Thanks. | ||||

2019 will be the golden year for Tuan Sing I feel - once Robinson Towers is completed and the dreams of a "Robinson Reit" may well come to pass including RT, Robinson Point, Sime Darby Centre, and the two Australian Hyatt hotels in Perth and Melbourne perhaps? I don't mind being issued units such a Reit as a shareholder hahaha.

personally i dont expect fancy set of result this year giving that most completed project left few units unsold and 1 small project (130 units) to be launched soon... rental income to be boosted by newly acquired sime darby bottom line got to support by share of result of GUL finance cost got to be scary.. so dont know why she choose to surface to top 20 today...hahah

Not often to see TS be in the TOP Volume Actives list - enjoy while it lasts haha. Think something is brewing but no idea what. There's also more news and social media profiling of TS so maybe another factor.

Spoke to the marketing agent - think they will be launching Kandis Residences soon.  Any good response at the launch, will be seen as positive by Mr Market.  From what i have seen of the floor plans and the design/layout  - the project looks good - save for the rather off the beaten track location.

Only done 3.5 lots at 35c then back to 34/34.5c at the close. Just to hope to see the price to break out from that range soon, so that there maybe a chance to see new high ( 35c and above ).

To be completed soon "We think the catalyst is that its projects will soon be completed and go into the market at a time when supply is coming down. We think commitments will come in very quickly." -- Havard Chi Tuan Sing has an enviable portfolio of 999-year and freehold properties -- a rarity among local developers. And the completion of Robinson Tower in 2Η 2018 should prο ν ide a boost to Tս an Sing's rental income. Havard Chi estimates the с о mр lе tі о n of Robinson Tower will bring in $17 million in recurring е vе ry year, which should р г о vidе room for Tuan Sing to pay increased dividends. Moreover, he adds, Tuan Sing's management is open to the idea of divesting its assets into a REIT. He estimates that between $500 million and $1 billion of capital could be released through such a deal. yeah still a good value buy for targets og 40 cents and more as it will go through a golden cross on weekly charts in the next 6-8 weeks buy and hold if you patience debt is a concern and profit margins are still low at 8-9% but technically in a atrong position to be a winner cheers
