FSMone, Kim Eng, CIMB. You can buy/sell without the need to call your broker (which may not answer the calls). Always have multiple trading accounts ready.

Can anyone check if SCB is restricted..?

Yes CIMB also has no restrictions. So why stick to one platform. You can buy sell on other platforms.

Just in case you are not aware. the restricted counters BIOLICDICS, CLEARBRIDGE can still be bought/sold online using platforms like FSM, KIM ENG. 
There are many brokerage houses other than POEMS and LIM TAN which are blocking buy / sell online (you can still do so by calling your broker).
