Right nw, rate is nearest to zero, unlike 2004. so right now, if rate start to rise, slowly say to 2.5% a yr or maybe a yr half form nw it is gg tro be serious, lot of property gg to go under the hammer. a loan would virtually more than double,  Now of course there is no panic, wait till 11 hours will be too late. Don' t wait till the party end. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If the seller is not a substantial shareholder, he  wld not need to declare n we may never know who he is n what his motivations are ..... maybe until it' s too late (ie, if there is really something fishy that we don' t know abt).  Problem in this country is that what may seem significant events to small fries like us are somehow brushed aside as not material.  I had stressed earlier that the CIVMEC affair needs to be investigated cos appareltly someone has single-handedly, with an almighty hand, been able to crash a stock by a shockingly worrying 50% within a wk.  I' m concerned that this might have a lot of adverse implications, especially for small retail investors.  But authorities seem to view it as a non-event n so it seemed to have just been buried without a thought.
