Dont anyhow use Alibaba name to induce others to buy into yuuzoo.
Then asiatravel.com can also be bought by Alibaba, C Trip, Elong...etc Dont keep saying high risk counters . Now magnus also high risk counters. Go buy. They have tonnes of shares for you at 0.1 cent only, very "cheap". And dont keep saying yuuzoo is "cheap" now. Will you fork our more than $60 mil of your own $ if you have $100 mil to buyout yuuzoo ? No ? : ) if you think there is value, why not ? Or perhaps to make your point more convincingly, what is it so special about yuuzoo ? anything "strategic" ? Do explain and elaborate a bit more. For me , the yardstick to assess is very vetu simple. We look at track records. 1. Nigeria lottery project progress ? You are shareholder right ? Go ask this when you attend the next AGM. 2. Relativity Media : "red carpet blow the horn welcome 1+1 = 10 entry (deal) " "silent quiet when exit (no deal)" . Jack Ma alibaba are vested by lots of different funds. They are being "scrutinized" by all these funds. Anything not so clever they do , funds will just reduce their positions or worse, sell off all their positions.

I check the download figures from playstore, the numbers are very small. list a few here: YuuVillage : claimed 800million potential users, but only 10 to 50 downloads Yuuzoo: 500-1000 yuuzoo china: 50-100 BRedemmedTV: claimed 50million viewers, but only 100-500 downloads RCCG social: claimed 50million viewers, but only 1000-5000 downloads On other hand, look at the figures from other companies: aliexpress, a small outlet from alibaba: 100,000,000 - 500,000,000 downloads Lazada, a small online company for south east asia: 10,000,000 - 50,000,000 downloads |

This counter is for the high risk appetite investors. If it already has that much subscribers, a bigger successful tech company like Alibaba could possibly buy them and run it their way. Then it's a whole new story.
If u are risk averse, go into counters like - Singholdings - Medtecs

It's a lot of risk. But tech companies works differently. They all bleed money. But if it reaches its end game and does generate the public to use its networks. The advertising revenue alone would aplenty.
You cannot compare yuuzoo to companies like Blumont. Instead, it should be compared to social media tech companies. As Long as people likes their products and continue to use it, its intrinsic value will show in time. And of course such business can either be really risky or really pay off for investors. Magnus the cheapest the lowest 0.1 cent per Share ~ SO WHAT Let yuuzoo show us how they perform on their ex or previous MEGA projects 1st. E.g. Nigeria Online Lottery If there is no update or progress on Nigeria Lottery project aftee so many years, what makes you think they can progess on current new projects ? : ) For those holding yuuzoo shares, if you attending the AGM, my suggestion to you is this : ASK THEM what is the update or progess on their Nigeria Lottery project. 1.I would have had agreed with you if the assets remained at 2010 or 2012 values but now it has grown from 20 million to 157 millon.. If I see the reserves it is not the case all the cash has been diverted to assets and only now its reserves are growing from negative to postive from this year. 2. I dont know if banks want to lend or dont want to lend I have no news on it and I dont want to comment. Ah longs ahhhh ... give me a break, this is a singapore based and singapore listed company. Its for the govt and sgx to protect the investors interest as far as the business is legally done there are no issues... Only internal political drama making the shares cheap and getting the CEO/ CFO to take the blame and resign on investor complaints. the drama is over now with the changes investors will sit tight and observe and those who looted the investors will say all got fooled all in the name of talk kok cok and bull game.

I have seen the cash flow statement which are still negative for the last 4 years even with operating income is positive and growing except for 2014.where net income is negative. I have no concerns on that..it is possible for all good businsesses in ecommere and gaming. it is all negativity with the CEO and CFO resigning .in the last 6 montsh. The OCBC, Maybank , and BNP are not custodial shares they are the holdings of these banks anyway no worries .. audit teams have been changed, new blood in the managements, new tie ups,, I am not asking anyone to buy or misleading anyone as I am jost posting my point of view.. Big 4 or not auditing the business in none of my business. i am not a financial wizard too... My IQ is only 50... so I am no brains also. I just understand the patterns and basics .. I am buying for myself for a long term investment horizon. Let everyone do their own analysis... Anyway cool down.. I am not here to argue with you or others who consider themsellves the wizards of markets.. My views are my views as per my analysis, whether someone buys it or bites it .. it is all upto individuals. cheers.

A company is debt free for 2 reasons:
1. It has huge cash surplus and no other use for the funds 2. It is a high risk business and nobody darevto loan them money, not even Ah Longs. OCBC, Maybank and BNP are just custodian banks they are not invested in this co. Please get your facts right and don't talk rubbish.

HAHAHA, you understand accounting or not? If it is as good as you say why after more than 2 years already still no clean audit report. Why 2016 report still continue to delay? Go and look at their cashflow statement, every quarter negative operating cash flow. Generate money by printing new shares to Gem. What good fundamentals you talking about?
What big business and future prospects? Talk for more than 2 years already where is the revenue from franchisee, zero? Where is profit from games? Tell me which project is successful and generating positive cashflows? Ask them to get big 4 to certify the statistics and disclose to the public. If positive then no need to talk, eveyone will jump in to buy. It is always blow trumpet in press release but no action after that. Don't mislead the public.

Those which got suspended or delisted are the ones without any fudamentals and which had lots of debt. this company is performing on the fundamentals, and is trading in good volumes all along. Good pennies will grow into multibaggers and not get suspended or delisted ... as far trading is going on healthily nothing to worry.

thank you the fundamentals has grown stronger look at the growing Assets and Revenues...... the profit margin were a bit shy for this year 45 million dollars,,,,,, , but compared to 2010 the price jumped from 5 cents to 4 dollars 5 cents within a year and a half time frame.. If you see history of its past with lesser known fundamentals the future is going to repeat too... I dont want 4 dollars as an investor if I get 75 cents to 1 dollars I am happy , I may run the free shares to 4 dollars and above when it becomes the next ALIBABA ha aha thanks again.
