Means you buy and chase they the ones to offload to you.  If Sam and SSH also cash out / profit out a bit, expect like what rachelle said : "price retracememt 1st" . May drop to below 7 cts . Remember , Sam sitting on more than $6 mil profit with just $11 mil invested, giving him a super nice one day returns of more than +50% . Even the best hedge funds only do +30% annual returns. This is for one day "hard work only". 4. The land they paid is it over-priced or over-paid or over-bid ? Cos heard only 1 bid only. Why ? Other China bidders think too high the price to bid higher ? We not in China how we know ?  The land is not in central Shanghai. It is 76 km away from Puxi the Bund . That is even further from Singapore to Malaysia Kulai.  Let the retail contra and BBs do profit-taking 1st. After that see how the trend .
