x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	ya 0.7 then i sell at 1.16 (still huat around 50% not too bad for a 6 months holding) I have no faith the market go so huat.. But really who knows it can go both ways.. i was in between this thinking 1) Internal PA self push the price (since its a penny stock) 2) Cooling measures - No doubt it' s always on our mind, guess the government too busy to look into this?  3) Its always 50-50.. but never knew Singaporeans got so much depth in their pocket... many of my colleagues actually owned 2 property?  But really, the cooling measure is at more weightage.. and this stock price move up fast.. volume trade very low.. 1.5m worth traded today up 5%? penny stock..  I hope you guys huat also! Like I said.. I not a selfish individualist.. money in the world way too much.. most importantly.. how the people here play as a team rather than solo... Also helping to sustain too many smes that hardly scraped through even during the non pandemic with handouts, whilst their employees and owners are possibly dabbling in new homes would hasten the gst raise to keep reserves sustainable will have a big hit on average workers and retirees DYODD
