Yes, like I mentioned earlier, placements issued meaning company has the $ to complete the two 5 stars projects this year. Endemic will help them to expedite the progress. I think Adventus will be a Gem this year. | ||||

Friend, Ho Sey la... thinking on the positive side. (1) The management did not propose issue rights. (Chin' s family care for the benefits of their long term investors) (2) This could be the last sum of $ to be injected to the company for their efforts to complete both projects. (3) No investment company will agree to the placement shares if they think the return has to wait for years. We are at the final stage liao, have faith with the Chin' s family. (4) Logo on the hotel also appeared liao. The (small) dilution of shares are inevitable for the completion of the two projects at their final stage. Stay tune, I expect more annoucements soon.

Adventus Holdings to raise $3.1 million via placement
Adventus Holdings plans to raise net proceeds of nearly $3.1 million by placing out 501 million new shares at 0.63 cents each.
The company wants to increase its working capital so that it can better support its existing projects in Vietnam.
The placement price is a 10% discount off its volume weighted average price of 0.7 cents on March 30.
Upon completion of the placement, the company&rsquo s share base increase by around a quarter to 2.45 billion shares.
The placement is managed by SAC Capital.

Good news to me. Company with more funds now. Officially own a resort via conversion of loan to actual shares holding. Next is 5stars hotel. Expect many positive announcements from now on!
