FYI: The Board of Directors of Ipco International Limited (the Company) and together with its subsidiaries, the Group) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a share purchase agreement (the Agreement) with Innopac Holdings Ltd (Innopac), a company listed in the main board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, to acquire an additional 45% equity in the share capital of Sino Gas Holdings Pte. Ltd. (Sino Gas) which comprises 4,500 issued ordinary shares (Sale Shares), a company incorporated in Singapore, for a cash consideration of S$4,500.00. The Acquisition was completed on 28 August 2013. Sino Gas has an issued and paid-up share capital of S$10,000.00 divided into 10,000 shares of S$1.00 each. Its principal activity is investment in natural gas or natural gas related projects in the Peoples Republic of China, particularly in Shandong province. Sino Gas has not commenced operations. Prior to the Acquisition, the Company held 45% of the issued and paid-up share capital in Sino Gas. Following the Acquisition, Sino Gas became a subsidiary of the Company, the balance 10% of the share capital is owned by Mr. Su Xuan, a Chinese businessman. The Acquisition was funded through the Companys internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact of the Groups earnings per share or net tangible assets for the financial year ending 30 April 2014. The above transaction does not amount to a discloseable transaction for the purpose of Chapter 10 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid transaction save for their shareholdings in the Company. The Company shall continue to provide the shareholders with further updates as and when there are material developments in relation to Sino Gas. I have learnt from these companies....(Adroit) now Blumont and IPCO. Small timer investing is an art by itself. Patience and discipline is a must. Oh forget...holding power. Hahahaha....this one Master Yoda u must find. :0 |

....hehehehe. No comment. But will definitely be listening. Can't tell you much. As i also have Blumont shares....since they flip from a small e-commerce company call Adroit to what it is now. I had this Adroit shares of $0.15 a share i think which is soooooo long ago. But never look at it again...until it became Blumont. Then the shares shot up....and i released some at $0.60. Hehehehehe.....still holding some now. But let see on Friday.......but will not reveal myself lor. So paiseh....im a small timer...alley cat (Kucing Kurau). Definitely good news is coming.....sources told me. Another Blumont i can't speculate....but definitely will not be the old IPCO. :)

Woa, you are the most up to speed on the wheelings and dealings of Ipco. Thanks 4 filling us in. Hope this baby will run 2moro. It showed signs of chionging since CNY then stagnated and fell into a rut. Wonder can hit 4 by thurs.
