They don't depends on their own cash to sustain the company.  So being listed is roping in GOD Of Cash - the public. BUT the company will always hold the biggest shares. When in profits, they get the most. When running out of money, they simply issue warrants, rights..........when   over issued , simply - consolidate. 10 into 1................etc etc ......and it goes on. The point highlighted was I think spot on.   Company tend to highlight about deal , memorandum...pre agreement...negotiations...........but many times it will delay,   prolong and in the end, cancel the deal which was the main reason that drives up interest.   In-between this times,   big lots holders would have reap   profits by selling off their chunks of stagnant shares to opportunist hinting by news and got trap. They started with cement business then follow by construction, heavy industries, shipping n etc. if the company CEO is enlighten by this show, haha......tua huat after a few years later.
