My observation: - CEO Eddy' s sale yesterday was his first since IPO 11 years ago - Eddy has pumped S$4-5m of his own money into the Company over the years. - With a significant amt of warrants held by him, Eddy will exercise and yesterday proceeds will likely be used to exercise the warrants, putting money back into the Company. - This further alignes his interest with shareholders. |
