HKL had stated from Day1 that the sbb program is to raise/enhance the share price to a more realistic p/b value instead of being so undervalued.... of being 0.3 p/b value in sept 2021. there is definitely illogical to have spent more than usd280 million to raise the price to 5.80 n let it drop to 5.11 n maybe to test below 5.00 next week to go back to where it first started. TO DROP BACK SO THAT HKL CAN BUY BACK MORE SHARES IS SHEER STUPIDITY N RUBBISH, then it should immediately spend the 500 million on day1 of the sbb program n it would have bought around 115 million shares instead of less than  95 million now..... Firstly u make yr competitors look better,cos u have no  better option to deploy yr investment??
