x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Revenue dropped to half.    But Loan assets remain the same.    What is the explanation?      The same loan assets should earn roughly similar interest revenues,  the interest revenue is half, it could mean the loans are not good, they are non performing loans.    No information is given on collateral, there is no ageing of loans details given.    Can only conclude this co is fishy.    Should stay away from such companies.  BTW, SSH also sold down in Nov 2017.    TigTig      ( Date: 23-Jan-2018 21:47) Posted:

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This one must fast and quick.  last year, price went up, SSH all sell down, and never buy up again.  Means no confidence.  Results announced showed loans earnings went down, but the assets remain about the same, HK$103 million, this could mean bad loans or interest rates margin dropped.  They only made on the foreign exchange as A$ went up against HK$.    Suspicious on the company profitability, because they don' t give figures on bad loans, or those not servicing interest.    Just be careful, fast in fast out.
