Ipco listed asset are still in RED so a takeover may not turn out be a good news. Translated these investment back to cash will been realizing the losses. Will see... Talking about Gas business, when the listing of their gas asset in China was announced there is no lift in stock price and now the listing is still not happening. It been months... Faith of retailer is key as you pointed but is hardest to gain now as many had been burned badly, suffered or still suffering after some ridiculours call this forum in the past and the sadest part still coming wothout backing.

Ipco was doing well until the penny crash saga.. Now that there are rumours of take over for Blumont, LionGold etc, this would start it slow journey to recovery. If Ipco can consistently show quarters after quarters of good earnings (Focus on natural gas business in China), more ppl would have faith in this stock and price would start to recover. Singapore shares close mixed as pennies take over led by ISR, Liongold, BlumontHow would takeover of Blumont Liongold or Maybe Innopac affect Ipco? Note Ipco have stakes in Blumont and Innopac There are also plans to list their China natural gas business in China third board which approval has been given previously. |

If NAV is 0.25 why not all SH ask to strip the asset and make a killing at this depress price? There is so much meat.... No no... there is more to it in this counter, cannot be such a good catch.

Ipoc seems to have stabilised and since the turn of this year (2016) start to really focus on turnaround plans. This counter looks very potential as its focuses it' s business in China Natural Gas which has exclusive 30 years contracts with various china provinces.
