Most likely they need to revised the offer taken in view of divestment gain post merger, question is what price is acceptable to both sides. Miscalculation on either side could sink the deal

CMA continue to negiotiate with brokerage house to get their stake since no more retail wana sell everyone holding out. By the way general offer unofficially started in jan this year since cma start to buy open in market but only get 9.3% up to date. 4 months going and harder to get pass 90%

According to CMA offer deal schedule the delisting of NOL should be completed mid july, 5 months passed since offer made public and they got less than 10% it gona take lot of effort to get 15% more to pass 90% 2 months left for cma to work magic. CMA got ammo from temasek deal to make   better offer for remaining 650m shares, currently it had accumulated 210m shares   and spent 250mil
