Propose the issue price of $0.00537 and need to get approval by share holder, of course that now it is no final price but more or less will be it is.

Anywhere stating that that will be the discount given? No

It is just illustrative. There might not be any discount. Is just to show you for illustrative purposes. The number of shares can change. It is not confirmed to definite be  186,272,625,000

Sorry for not understanding the document enough. But can you let me know the paragraph that states that it will be $0.00537/share after the transaction?

1. Disposal fail. Company liquidated. But there will be dead cat push at even lower price

2. Disposal approved. Company survived. Look for RTo candidates depends on what.... and how bb play. It will move up again.

Till now, seems collection and may have a huge push after bb collected enough. But I don think it will touch 10.
