i just made a calculation.. TERP based on 0.116 is 0.1167.. so selling now makes no sense.. even diluted at this price also at face value..management is so smart to keep the company at this price.. | ||||

SSH dont support they can only subscribe to the rights themselves.. i rem pacific radaince also.. issue rights at 2.1 cents but keep the price well below and nobody took up the rights.. end up now 4.5 cents.. double.. could it be the same trick? so SSH can have the bigger share of the pie

Based on all time high of 23.5c and lowest at 4.5c, on 67% retracement, I estimate that SSH will have to support the baseline price of 10.8c.....

i rem there was once MM called off a rights issue at 7 cents.. but current situation is different.. seems like they are unable to pay off debts already.. i wonder how they get into such mess.. higher revenue makes things worse.. need much higher expenditure.. | ||||

This rights issue is a case of inadequate cash for working capital and bankers not willing to bankroll further. Hence parent co has to cough out hard cash. Minority shareholders holding the can has either to subscribe or forgo rights at 11.8c. No assurance that the price may go up after xd. Tough situation.

lousy managenment.. at this price who will want to subscribe the rights.. should take out some money to push to 13x at least.. then will make those shareholders feel worth it.. even at 122 also not worth subscribing.. but i feel their main purpose is to make the thai SSH have a bigger pie of the company.. and repay themselves for the parent loan.. to be honest there is still chance for this company to turn around.. as long as they can manage their cost better.. but not worth the risk at 0.118.. 0.03 i will consider..
