If I'm the investor, of cos I over subscribe la. Sell 100 lots at 0.03, can buy 200 lots at 0.015. Cfm subscribe more than I sold. 

 

Then I sell another 100 lots the same day. I already pocket money liao.. Even if I dont get the extra lots I subscribed, I buy from open market also lower than my previous exit price.

 

That is why everyone in here is selling first.

Not many people able to do this

Must fast enough...that's why the share price keep going down until near to the right share price..

Big company like DBS won't be like this if issue right
