x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	To me, price actions says a lot...since the Company put out the update announcement, the share price has continued to climb and pls bear in mind the board members are veterans (https://sdaletech.com/about-us/board-of-directors/)  ...particularly Mr Koh Boon Hwee. Mr Koh is an old hand at M& A for electronics manufacturing...remember he sold off his electronics firm, Omni industries at a good premium. Hopeful that Mr Koh will help Sunningdale shareholders get a good price.

If board doesn' t think that the incoming buyer is geninue or the offer is interesting, no point having confidential discussions right?  The upward price actions of yesterday prob indicates that discusions are moving in the right track. Again, that is my own deduction... All the best to those vested.
