shareholder can sell the warrant while keeping the mother share, or exercise the conversion of warrant in next 5 year at the fixed conversion price. 38 cent which is CMP for BB it' s like advantage but retailers it' s like trap see 1 wasting for 20 stock at 38 cent so even stock increase by 10% only profit us like 1/20*%gainn,,,,useless |

It will sustain at warrant price of 38 cent apx people who want to convert to warrant shall need to buy more which does not look good since it' s bep but big shots will still buy warrants for future may be some buying after q2 results looks good counter for this year will Buy more tomorrow

01:40 AM EST, 01/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Top Glove (SGX:BVA, KLSE:TOPGLOV) issued a total of 3,675,200 shares under its employee stock option scheme, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The company issued 199,600 shares at 0.881 ringgit per share, 66,900 shares at 0.894 ringgit each, 97,300 shares at 0.917 ringgit apiece, and 3,311,400 shares at 0.994 per share. The issued shares will be listed on Jan. 23, the filing said. |

I also victim of Top Glove 3 years ago but I in and out 4 times. Maybe my loss is around 20k I have transfer my fund to Tuan Sing, my opinion it is a take over counter NVA $1 trade at 27cent and the boss is keep buying, only bad time is the best to take over Top Glove need at least 6 month to have steady profit and the future is OK I have buy back 50 Lot to keep for long term
