Inorganic: M& A - they' ve also indicated that they are actively pursing opportunities. the question is how much are they willing to pay to buy out the smaller players? two years ago on 15 Jul 2015, Kimly' s unlisted competitor Chang Cheng acquired two kopitiams at $31m  (ST article attached for ease of reference). cannot imagine the timeframe to breakeven (in terms of cost recovery though EBITDA should breakeven fairly quickly given that these acquisitions are brownfield).
