The ann' ts of Q1 and Q3 dpu' s for KKBS US REIT are not fixed. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Really ' scared' of their next acquisition,... when the acquisition comes, funding will be required, and if an EFR is done, be it placement and/or Rights Issue, chances are the dpu may be hammered down further,.... As of now, without an acquisition yet, the annualised dpu for 2019 is estimated by myself to be AT LEAST 5 US Cents. I welcome comments to the estimation of mine,... How can one invest in REITs to be nervous of the REIT manager' s acquisition ? Acquisitions should be welcomed, right ???
