This is unprecedented. I wonder how they are going to work together to find Noble guilty of wrongdoings, if any, as their Charters are mutually exclusive. I expect the investigation would take a long time, to the detriment of the New Noble which is to be listed this month after an intensive restructuring exercise. Noble has some big names as its  major shareholders and they have all supported the restructuring. The restructuring agreements with Adhoc Group are all legally binding. If no irregularities are found after the investigation, the company may sue for wrongful suspension, and seek damages due to delayed listing of New Noble. If wrongdoings are found. SGX may have a hard time explaining why it did not flag the warning signs all these years.
