Precisely, these people have never been thru enough Takeover. I spotted and went through at least 5 of the last 10 takeovers in the last 24 months. Success include AVIC, CWT, GLP. Failures include only one UE kenna low balled. I cannot say for sure but I think got good chance today HALT or tomorrow HALT. But note my credible source say it is End Oct/Early Nov. So i dont know, if u contra but dont chase.

Over the past 5 years, highest price traded for Sunningdale was S$2.36 in Nov 2017, if taking into account current price and highest price traded, the average is S$1.94...hope it materlises. | ||||

from my source, Friday Update is Non event, i.e no news, they give standard reply. Due D in the midst still, price nego final stages. Expect deal closer to End Oct/Early Nov. Latest Dec 2020 but unlikely. Deal annoucement ETA END Oct/Early Nov. Any earlier will be bonus.

the update is soon but will be general holding annocuement stating transaction still on. but my sources tell me takeover deal is closed, price premium to current price is good at least 15%, but msx range slightly below NAV. Will start accumulating soon myself | ||||
