Have held TS and seen all the revaluation gains but no increase in dividends and share price.  I wish they would just sell off all the assets and return us the cash. Not sure if should throw in the towel and buy something with more potential. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	2.5% dividend yield for 2020 is not bad compared to other property counters, WBdisciple. Yield of 1-2.5% is slightly below average. It probably has a big gearing, is this the case? Investors are better off buying Tuan Sing bonds than be their shareholder (go check out their pitiful dividends)...

Multi-Industry company with residential/industrial/commercial/hospitality properties. Privatise at 50 cents? Looks possible and good.
