iFAST Corporation
The Albizia Asean Tenggara Fund recently reduced its deemed interest in iFAST Corporation below the substantial shareholder threshold, from 5.10 per cent to 4.81 per cent.
In a July 22 filing, the fund noted that it had disposed of 800,000 shares for a consideration of S$1,449,040, at an average price of S$1.81 per share.
Back on Nov 6, 2019, the Albizia Asean Tenggara Fund' s deemed interest crossed above the 5.00 per cent substantial shareholder threshold with 300,000 shares acquired at an average price of S$1.03 per share.
Albizia Capital is an independent boutique fund management company, based in Singapore. With its experience and network in the Asean region, its goal is to invest in companies at an attractive discount to intrinsic value.

The beauty of platform business like ifast is that once the critical mass is reached, incremental revenue increase all goes to the net profit as marginal cost is close to zero! Watch out for the China segment . If u plot the trajectory of China AUA every quarter for the past few years, u can notice that the jump from Q1 2020 to Q2 2020 was very significant. I expect the critical mass AUA for China segment to be reached in around mid 2021. Need a bit of patience here ....the positive effort of Raffles Family Office is going to take the market by storm soon... The net gain in EPS from China segment (turning from losses of 4.5mil to zero loss) = 1.7 cents or gain in valuation of 40 cents assuming PE of 25. Once China segment turns into massive profit, one can only imagine the huge net profit !!! |

The stable dividend is good, 4 times a year (Apr, May, Aug & Nov). Catalyst to push up the price is the ward of Full Digital Banking License. Short term, the price will be stagnant at this level.

I think the increase in price over the latter part of Tuesday, entire wednesday were all retail investors. Bascially for a small volume trade, the price shot up a lot. Big players accumulated at a lower price earlier on. I wanted to buy but saw each sell volume at each price level less than 100K share from 1.79 to 1.8++. For few hunder Ks the price can already be pushed up to heaven level. IFAST probably will go up later on when the price drop and accumulation recur for awhile at lower price. | ||||

At this point of time after earning report release, there is still no any analyst report covering it. Though it achieved the record revenue, awesome profit and business growth in China, it still kena sold off on news today. Suggest you to wait a while first for the analyst report. IMO the price might be retraced to 1.6x level.

To all the seniors who have been monitoring IFAST, any suggestion to enter when the price seems to be going down? Analysts quote that they have a 1/3 chance of securing the digital bank license tho. | ||||

iFAST has gone up too fast over the past week, think currently going through short term consolidation. Long term it is still a very good investment and will continue to hold this stock, collect the dividends on 19 August and wait for the price to appreciate steadily. DYODD. | ||||
