x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Hihi all hopefully the rights issue that Asian pay TV trust doing now will make it stroger and hopefully the share price will slowly go up to 20 cents and beyond? Cos after it crash due to sudden announcement of dividend cut the price keep staying at only over 10 cents which is really disappointing despite the fact that this trust had am initial price of 80 cents. May I know fellow dear friends and investors would you all keep increase your holdings in this counter please? Please kindly share and thanks in advance. A very hopeful unitholder here.

The offer price can be higher than trading price to attract SH to sell. I think when APTT invest into 5G, smart SSH will consider. Its it cos of the right issues? Also don't mind I ask ever since this stock fall to below 20 cents it has never gone up again and instead keep going down yah? I know the management is doing the right things so far but market don't still seem to view it positively? Any chances it will cross the 20 cents mark in the near future? Thanks!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I' ll try explain the easier question. Excess rights is anything beyond your entitled numbers. This excess comes from those not taken up by shareholders, either entirely or partially. Example, I have a million shares. So my entitled rights are 250k units. (1 for every 4 shares). If I dun take up and also didn' t sell away my rights, then 250k units become excess rights. When u apply for rights, on top of your entitlement, you can apply for extra if u r very confident of the company. Usually, priority given to those who apply excess so that their holding do not contain odd lots. Hence, if u want extra, try apply in such a way that, if successful, your holding is a whole number. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Sorry for late response, I hold APTT since IPO time. So can imagine how much I lost. At one time I sold almost all. When price tank I started buying again but too bad price keep falling. I average down and that' s how I ended up with so many shares. Despite all this, my average cost is still close to 17 cents. And now this rights issue coming means I need spend more.... This stock better get better from now on! So best way is just to hold on to my shares and just collect the dividends in the meantime and hoping the price will rise? Don't mind I ask why you have so much conviction to buy 1 million shares include the fact that its bought at low price? For me well I admit am greedy for the over 10 % dividends and already know the danger but too late to go anything.
